Dear patient,


On July 10, 2025 our practice was damaged by a lightning strike. The damage from the strike itself, that of the subsequent fire, along with the smoke contamination has made it impossible to do business. We cannot spend more than 2 hours once or twice a week in the office and during that time have been focused on helping patients that had in process treatment to complete treatment. We have done our best to make arrangements with those who had in-process treatment to have that completed in other facilities.


We are grateful for the patience during this difficult time and apologize for the inconvenience this has created. The insurance process has been agonizingly slow and has made little progress. Recently, in spite of my efforts to retain my staff with full pay and benefits, they have chosen to pursue other opportunities and I am without the hands necessary to service accounts or serve my patient base. The difficulties in patient communication stemming from the fire and our focused efforts to complete in process treatment has resulted in a complaint to the board for abandonment. Therefore, I have referred servicing accounts to an outside company and am terminating our doctor patient relationships in accordance with NDAC 20-02-01-08 effective immediately.


Since I am unable to provide any emergency care, I recommend that you contact one of the providers below in the event you need emergency care during the next 30 days.

In the event that I resume business, I will send out an invitation so that you may renew our doctor patient relationship and I can again serve your needs. I appreciate your understanding and am grateful for the chance I have had to serve you in the past.
